Chairman L. Kec opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. Board members present were Supervisors L. Warrington, T. Tomczak, Treasurer D. Callais, Clerk M Manninen and 1 guest, Ryan Stenson, Deputy Sheriff, St. Louis County. All attending recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
Agenda – The agenda for the December 2nd. meeting was reviewed. Supervisor T. Tomczak moved to approve the agenda, seconded by Supervisor L. Warrington, all voting aye the motion carried.
Minutes – The minutes for the November 4th, 2025, regular board meeting were reviewed, Supervisor T. Tomczak moved to approve the minutes as read, second by Supervisor L. Warrington, all voting aye motion carried.

Supervisor T. Tomczak moved to accept the claims and pay them in full, seconded by Supervisor L. Warrington, all voting aye motion carried.
Public Comment – Deputy Sheriff, Ryan Stenson with the St. Louis Sheriff’s Department. Ryan works out of the Cook office. He will be making rounds in our area as much as possible. Ryan will try to attend most of our township meetings. The township appreciates his attendance at our meetings and in our area.
Old Business –
PPSSD – It has been decided that the system will be winterized and shut down this winter season.
South Shore – Nothing new at this time.
State Point SSD – Nothing new at this time.
Roads/Trails – Nothing at this time.
Community Center – Nothing new at this time.
Supervisor T. Tomczak moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Supervisor L. Warrington, all voting aye motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 7:32 p.m.
