Chairman L. Kec opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. Board members present were Supervisor T. Tomczak, Supervisor, L. Warrington, Clerk M. Manninen, Treasurer D. Callais. All attending recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
Agenda – The agenda for the December 3rd meeting was reviewed. Supervisor T. Tomczak moved to approve the agenda, seconded by Supervisor L. Warrington, all voting aye the motion carried.
Minutes – The minutes for the November 6th, 2024, regular meeting were reviewed, Supervisor T. Tomczak moved to approve the minutes as read, second by Supervisor L. Warrington, all voting aye motion carried.

The Treasurer’s report was reviewed. The report was approved on a motion by Supervisor L. Warrington, second by Supervisor T. Tomczak, all voting aye motion carried.

Supervisor L. Warrington moved to accept the claims and pay them in full, seconded by Supervisor T. Tomczak, all voting aye motion carried.
Public Comment – None
Old Business –
PPSSD – The system is now being put into winter mode. The tank will be pumped 2 to 3 times a month during the winter.
South Shore SSD – Clerk Manninen read a message from Allie Vollhaber, SEH. This past month, we have outlined tasks for our team to progress through the winter and into spring. We will continue to coordinate over the winter with Duluth Archaeology Center to prepare for their study in the spring. Once this is completed, the facility plan can be finalized and should receive official approval from the MPCA. We’ve also continued to work on the collection system plans.
State Point SSD – Nothing at this time.
Roads – Reviewed the 2025 contract with G. House. Supervisor L. Kec will present this contract to Greg, see if he agrees with everything and get a signature.
Community Center – Nothing at this time.
Other –
New Business – Christmas party/potluck to be held at the Town Hall on December 14th, kids crafts at 4 pm, potluck at 5:30 pm, pictures with Santa to follow dinner.
Supervisor L. Warrington made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Supervisor T. Tomczak, all voting aye motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
