Public Comment – None
Old Business –
PPSSD – The system appears to be running smoothly.
South Shore SSD – Nothing new at this time.
State Point SSD – Nothing at this time.
Roads – Nothing new at this time.
Community Center – the hall has recently had a couple of floods because of a frozen drain line. The heat tape in that line is not working. Taylor’s Plumbing & Heating was called in to see if they could find the cause of the leaks which led them to the bad heat tape and frozen drain line. When the water softener goes through a cycle water goes into that drain and since it was frozen the water came up into the hall and caused the flood. Some drywall and tile need to be replaced. Supervisor L. Kec will find someone to do the repairs.
Other –
New Business – A liquor license was brought to the attention of the board. It is for a new business called Bittersweet Tavern. Supervisor T. Tomczak moved to approve the license, seconded by Supervisor L. Warrington, all voting aye, motion carried.
Supervisor L. Warrington made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Supervisor T. Tomczak, all voting aye motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
Respectfully submitted, Mary Manninen, Clerk
