Vice-Chairman T. Tomczak opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. Board members present were Supervisors L. Warrington, Treasurer D. Callais, Deputy Treasurer M. Tomczak and Clerk M Manninen. Two guests were in attendance, John Stegmair and St. Louis County Sheriff’s Deputy Ryan Stenson, all attending recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
Agenda – The agenda for the February 4th. meeting was reviewed. Supervisor L. Warrington moved to approve the agenda, seconded by Vice-Chari T. Tomczak, all voting aye the motion carried.
Minutes – The minutes for the January 6th, 2026 regular board meeting were reviewed, Supervisor L. Warrington moved to approve the minutes as read, second by Vice-Chair T. Tomczak, all voting aye motion carried.

Supervisor L. Warrington moved to accept the claims and pay them in full, seconded by Vice-chair T. Tomczak, all voting aye motion carried.
Public Comment – St. Louis County Sheriff’s Deputy, Ryan Stenson gave a brief overview of some 911 calls for service from 12/1/25 to 1/31/26. The board appreciates the efforts of the SLC Sheriff’s department in patrolling this area.
Old Business –
PPSSD – Supervisor L. Warrington said things are currently fine at the Pucks Point Sewer Treatment site.
South Shore – SEH reported that they are still working on the design. Next spring there will be more soil borings, soil scientists, architectural reviews to finish. John met with the DNR who now again wants to go through the land exchange process, which we had already done in the past with no success. John will contact our representatives to see if they can help move this along.
State Point SSD – Nothing new at this time.
Roads/Trails – Nothing at this time.
Community Center – Nothing new at this time.
New Business –
Approve a off sale liquor license for the Blind Pig Tavern. Supervisor L. Warrington moved to approve this license, seconded by Vice-chair T. Tomczak, all voting aye, motion carried.
Supervisor L. Warrington moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Vice-chair T. Tomczak, all voting aye motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 7:18 p.m.
