Chairman L. Kec opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. Board members present were Supervisors L. Warrington, T. Tomczak, Treasurer D. Callais, Clerk M Manninen.  All attending recited the Pledge of Allegiance.                                        
 
Agenda – The agenda for the January 6th. meeting was reviewed.  Supervisor T. Tomczak moved to approve the agenda, seconded by Supervisor L. Warrington, all voting aye the motion carried.
 
Minutes – The minutes for the December 2nd, 2025, regular board meeting were reviewed, Supervisor T. Tomczak moved to approve the minutes as read, second by Supervisor L. Warrington, all voting aye motion carried.

The Treasurer’s report was reviewed.  The report was approved on a motion by Supervisor L. Warrington, second by Supervisor T. Tomczak, all voting aye motion carried.

Supervisor T. Tomczak moved to accept the claims and pay them in full, seconded by Supervisor L. Warrington, all voting aye motion carried.

PPSSD –  Supervisor T. Tomczak moved to approve Ordinance NO. 16-3 Rev 5, Seconded by Supervisor L. Warrington, all voting aye, motion carried.
 
South Shore – Nothing new at this time.
 
State Point SSD – Nothing new at this time.
 
Roads/Trails – Nothing at this time.
 
Community Center – Nothing  new at this time. 
 
Supervisor T. Tomczak moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Supervisor L. Warrington, all voting aye motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
