Chairman L. Kec opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. Board members present were Supervisors L. Warrington, Treasurer D. Callais and Clerk M Manninen, along with 2 guests all attending recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
Agenda – The agenda for the June 2nd. meeting was reviewed. Supervisor L. Warrington moved to approve the agenda, seconded by Chairman L. Kec, all voting aye the motion carried.
Minutes – The minutes for the May 5th., 2026 regular board meeting were reviewed, Supervisor L. Warrington moved to approve the minutes as read, second by Chairman L. Kec, all voting aye motion carried.

The Treasurer’s report was reviewed. The report was approved on a motion by Supervisor L. Warrington, second by Chairman L. Kec, all voting aye motion carried.

Supervisor L. Warrington moved to accept the claims and pay them in full, seconded by Supervisor L. Kec, all voting aye motion carried.
Public Comment – Ryan Stenson, Deputy Sheriff, SLC gave a report of calls in our area.
Old Business –
PPSSD – Nothing new at this time.
South Shore – SEH will continue to be in our area doing more core samples ect.
State Point SSD – Nothing New at this time.
Roads/Trails – Nothing new at this time.
Community Center – Nothing new at this time
Other – Tim Timczak would like to continue as Supervisor. We will work out a meeting schedule with him for the next several months. Meeting changes will be posted locally and in the newspaper.
New Business – None
Chairman L. Kec moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Supervisor L. Warrington, all voting aye motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
