Chairman L. Kec opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. Board members present were Supervisor T. Tomczak, Supervisor L. Warrington, Treasurer C. Callais and the clerk M Mannine. All attending recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
Agenda – The agenda for the March 4th meeting was reviewed. Supervisor L. Warrington moved to approve the agenda, seconded by Supervisor T. Tomczak, all voting aye the motion carried.
Minutes – The minutes for the February 4th 2025, regular board meeting were reviewed, Supervisor T. Tomczak moved to approve the minutes as read, second by Supervisor L. Warrington, all voting aye motion carried.

Public Comment – None
Old Business –
PPSSD – The system is running smoothly.
South Shore SSD – A report was sent to the township from SEH.
We have sent out temporary easement forms to residents within the project area.
We have continued working on the collection system plans/drawings.
We met with the manufacturer representative, Peterson Supply, for the large subsurface treatment system (LSTS) to discuss the upcoming treatment system design as well as coordinate the overall footprint of the treatment system. This information will be important for the archeologist to know when reviewing the treatment site.
We meet with a sub-consultant, Matrix Soils and Systems, to discuss upcoming treatment system design for the two mid-sized treatment systems (MSTS) as well as the overall footprint of each treatment system’s drain field.
We reached out to an archeologist and historian that will be able to complete the archeological survey and architecture history review for this project area.
We have been in touch with our survey group to coordinate work that will need to be completed throughout the spring and summer of this year.
State Point SSD – Nothing at this time.
Roads – Nothing new at this time.
Community Center – the board wants the repairs to the drywall and floor to be completed by April 1st. Service Master from International Falls has come out and will give the board an estimate for refinishing the floor and possible clean the windows.
Other –
New Business – A motion was made by Chairman L. Kec, and seconded by Supervisor T. Tomczak to pay mileage to Supervisor L. Warrington for attending a Disaster Training in Virginia at the County Training Center, on March 8th, all voting aye, motion carried.
Annual election and meeting will be held on March 11th at the Kabetogama Town Hall. Elections will be held from 4 pm to 8 pm. The annual meeting will commence at 8:15 pm and following the meeting the board will meet for the Board of Canvass to certify the election results.
The LBOAE meeting will be held on April 23, from 10 am to 11 am at the Kabetogama Town Hall.
Supervisor L. Warrington made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Supervisor T. Tomczak, all voting aye motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
