Chairman L Kec opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. Board members present were Supervisor B Master, Supervisor J Stegmeir, Treasurer D. Callais and Clerk M Manninen. All attending recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
Agenda – The agenda was reviewed, Supervisor J Stegmeir moved to approve the agenda, seconded by Supervisor B Master, all voting aye the motion carried.
Minutes – The minutes for the December regular meeting were reviewed. Supervisor J Stegmeir moved to approve the minutes, second by Supervisor B Master, all voting aye motion carried.
Treasurer D Callais read her report.

The Treasurer’s report was reviewed, the report was approved on a motion by Supervisor J Stegmeir, seconded by Supervisor B Master, all voting aye motion carried.

Total – $3,134.00
Supervisor B Master moved to accept the claims and pay them in full, seconded by Supervisor J Stegmeir, all voting aye motion carried.
Public Comment – None
Old Business –
PPSSD – Nothing new at this time.
Community Sewer Project – Chairman L Kec received a letter from C Koepke regarding the proposed sale of 10 acres to the township for the community sewer pending soil testing. The board will pursue this and have the soil tested in the spring. Collin with SEH will meet with the board in February to discuss a contract with SEH for the engineering of the community sewer. Kabetogama Township will receive 300,000 from the VNP Clean Waters Fund.
Roads – Nothing new.
Community Center – Nothing new.
Other – None
New Business – None
Supervisor B Master made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Supervisor J. Stegmeir, all voting aye motion carried. Meeting was adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
