Chairman Kec opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. Board members present Supervisors M Tomczak and J Stegmeir along with Treasurer D. Callais and Clerk M. Manninen. All attending recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
Agenda – The agenda was reviewed, Supervisor M Tomczak moved to approve the agenda, seconded by Chairman Kec, all voting aye the motion carried.
Minutes – The minutes for the June regular meeting were reviewed. Supervisor Tomczak moved to approve the minutes, second by Supervisor Stegmeir, all voting aye motion carried.
Treasurer Deana Callais read Treasurer’s report.

Supervisor Tomczak moved to accept the claims and pay them in full, seconded by Chairman Kec, all voting aye motion carried.
Old Business –
PPSSD – Septic Check is done at the treatment facility and will need to submit closing reports. There was a problem at one of the resorts in the district but USA will take care of this and it is under warranty.
Community Sewer – Here are some results gathered from committee members in each of the areas that will be petitioned.

New Business – Administrative
Supervisor Stegmeir attended a meeting on the range regarding Broadband in our and surrounding areas. We need a community spearhead from our area to represent us.
The Joint Powers Board will be meeting on September 17, 2019 here at the Town Hall. .
The Hospital Board meets the last Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm
John would like another board member to attend these meeting for him. He and Carol will be moving to Washington DC in September for a year to watch their granddaughter.
Supervisor Stegmeir made motion to adjourn meeting, Chiarman Kec seconded, all voting aye motion carried. Meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
