Chairman L Kec opened the meeting at 7:12 p.m. Board members present were Supervisors M Tomczak, J Stegmeir, Treasurer D. Callais and Clerk M Manninen. All attending recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
Agenda – The agenda was reviewed, Supervisor J Stegmeir moved to approve the agenda, seconded by Chairman L Kec, all voting aye the motion carried.
Minutes – The minutes for the October regular meeting were reviewed. Supervisor M Tomczak moved to approve the minutes, second by Chairman L Kec, all voting aye motion carried.
Treasurer Deana Callais read her report.

The Treasurer’s report was reviewed, the report was approved on a motion by Supervisor J Stegmeir, seconded by Supervisor M Tomczak, all voting aye motion carried.
Claims – Clerk M Manninen read the list of claims.

Total - $4,718.05
PPSSD Claims
Total – $7,523.73
Supervisor M Tomczak moved to accept the claims and pay them in full, seconded by Chairman L Kec, all voting aye motion carried.
Public Comment – None
Old Business –
PPSSD – Supervisor J Stegmeir gave a report on the service fees for PPSSD members for 2021 and went over the costs from 2020. Seasonal EDU’s will beat a rate of 56.69 per EDU and Full time EDU’s will be at the rate of 95.92 per EDU in 2021. A motion was made by Supervisor M Tomczak to approve the service fees as proposed for 2021, seconded by Chairman L Kec, all voting aye, motion carried.
Community Sewer Project – Nothing New
Roads – Nothing New.
Community Center – Supervisor M Tomczak asked Viita’s to come and pump out the tank here at the hall. They also replaced the float. The Hunters Supper will be on November 7th here at the Town Hall from 3 to 8 pm.
New Business – There will be a Christmas party for the children in the community on December 12, 2020 beginning at 5:30pm. There will be crafts, pizza and a visit from Santa!
Kabetogama Lake Association – The township has been asked to send letters to a resort that has not been paying their lodging tax. Letters have been sent to the management and current owner. Legal action will be taken if this tax does not get paid.
Supervisor M Tomczak made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Supervisor J Stegmeir seconded, all voting aye motion carried. Meeting was adjourned at 7:51 p.m.
