Chairman Stegmeir opened the meeting at 7:00 pm. Board members present were Supervisor Tomczak, Supervisor Kec, Treasurer Callais, Deputy Clerk Stegmeir and 1 Guest. All attending recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
Agenda – The agenda was reviewed, Supervisor Tomczak moved to approve the agenda as presented, seconded by Supervisor Kec, all voting aye the motion carried,
Minutes – The minutes for the March regular meeting were reviewed. Motion by Supervisor Kec to approve the minutes, seconded by Supervisor Tomczak, all voting aye motion carried.
The Treasurer’s report was read by Treasurer Callais.

The Treasurer’s report was approved on a motion by Supervisor Tomczak, seconded by Supervisor Kec, all voting aye, motion carried.

Supervisor Kec moved to accept the claims and pay them in full, seconded by Chairman Stegmeir, all voting aye motion carried.
Comment Period: Fire Chief Larry Warrington discussed the needs of the fire department for the new building that they want to build.
Old Business
PPSSD - Chairman Stegmeir discussed a meeting with a member of the sewer district.
Roads & Trails – No new business.
Community Building/Town Hall – John Reamer donated a flag and pole to the Community Club to be install at the Kabetogama Town Hall.

NEW BUSINESS
VNP Joint Powers Board Clean Water Plan – Discussion: We could promote what’s available to the community and see if there are any interested parties and see how we could go about moving forward with this.
MATIT Life Insurance – The board has decided to not enroll at this time. Supervisor Tomczak moved to review this again next year, seconded by Supervisor Kec, all voting aye, motion carried.
Liquor License – Kecs Kove, The Pines of Kabetogama, Rocky Ledge, Arrowhead Lodge, Sandy Point Lodge, Kab Outdoors, Pine Aire, Supervisor Kec moved to approve the liquor licenses, seconded by Supervisor Tomczak, all voting aye, motion carried.
Chairman Stegmeir moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:48 pm. Seconded by Supervisor Kec, all voting aye
