The park is going to try to get this information out to the public.

PPSSD – Supervisor J Stegmeir stated that the system is back online and normal operating procedures.
Community Sewer Project – Supervisor J Stegmeir met with the steering committee regarding some property that may be available for the sewer system. Unfortunately, that property is no longer available, but hey have found a possible other site. Hopefully, there will be a grant available soon for $50,000.

Community Center – The Community Club will be purchasing new tables for the town hall.
New Business –
Playground – Kari Hraban called in to the meeting. The playground needs to be stained every 3 to 5 years. The family of Bob and Gail Nevalainen would like the township to cover these expenses and they in turn would provide volunteers to do the work. Supervisor M Tomczak moved to cover the expenses, seconded by Supervisor J Stegmeir, all voting aye, motion carried.

Walleye Wayside – work has begun at this location already. Tim Tomczak has mowed cattails. Our hope is to lay matting over them, bring in some fill & cover the whole area with black crushed rock, making it as maintenance free as possible. The Lake Association has plans for repainting the fish statue. Voyageurs National Park is working on replacing the interpretive signs in the kiosk. We could use some help when it comes time to spread the gravel. If you are able to help, please call Betsey Warrington at 218-240-5429. Betsey will bring material prices to the May meeting. They are also getting bids from Greg House for the gravel.
Supervisor M Tomczak made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Chairman L Kec, all voting aye motion carried. Meeting was adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
B Warrington, Deputy Clerk
