Chairman Kec opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. Board members present Supervisors M Tomczak and J Stegmeir along with Treasurer D. Callais and Clerk M. Manninen along with one guest, Mike Daurio. All attending recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
Agenda – The agenda was reviewed, Chairman L. Kec moved to approve the agenda, seconded by Supervisor M Tomczak, all voting aye the motion carried.
Minutes – The minutes for the July regular meeting were reviewed. Supervisor M Tomczak moved to approve the minutes, second by Supervisor J Stegmeir, all voting aye motion carried.

Supervisor M Tomczak moved to accept the claims and pay them in full, seconded by Supervisor J Stegmeir, all voting aye motion carried.
Public Comment – Mike Daurio attended to have the board approve their liquor license. He and his wife are purchasing Arrowhead Lodge. Supervisor M Tomczak moved to approve their license, seconded by Supervisor J Stegmeir, all voting aye, motion carried.
Old Business –
PPSSD – Supervisor J Stegmeir reported that there was water seepage at VPL, Birchgrove and Moosehorn and that USA will be working on that. Arrowhead Lodge’s grinder leaks on top and that will be worked on also.
Zach Karasek contract. The board approved a contract with Onshore Services LLC for the 2019/2020 season for mowing and weed whipping at the Pucks Point Waste Water Treatment Facility. Supervisor M Tomczak moved to approve this contract, seconded by Supervisor J Stegmeir, all voting aye, motion carried.
Community Sewer Project - Supervisor J Stegmeir reported that service areas C,F, H and J all had at least 50% approval from the residents in those areas. Area G is still short but committee members are still working on this service area. Supervisor asked that the board approve the notice to be posted in the paper. Supervisor M Tomczak moved to approve the Public Hearing to Consider Establishment of a Subordinate Service District in Portions of the Town of Kabetogama, seconded by Chairman L Kec, all voting aye, motion carried.
The public hearing is set for August 29th at 7:00 pm at the Town Hall.
Roads – Noting new.
Community Center – Nothing new at this time.
New Business – None.
