Chairman L Kec opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. Board members present were Supervisors M Tomczak, J Stegmeir along with Treasurer D. Callais. All attending recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
Agenda – The agenda was reviewed, Supervisor M Tomczak moved to approve the agenda as is, seconded by Chairman L Kec, all voting aye the motion carried.
Minutes – The minutes for the February regular meeting were reviewed. Supervisor J Stegmeir moved to approve the minutes, second by Supervisor M Tomczak, all voting aye motion carried.
Treasurer Deana Callais read Treasurer’s report.

The Treasurer’s report was approved on a motion by Supervisor J Stegmeir, seconded by Supervisor M Tomczak, all voting aye motion carried.

North Star Electric – Town Hall - $169.00
Frontier Phone Co. – Phone - $67.89
Keith Manninen – Mileage to Orr and back for PNP Supplies - $35.65

Septic Check - State Permitted Maintenance Contract Inv #119529 - $500.00

Supervisor M Tomczak moved to accept the claims and pay them in full, seconded by Supervisor J Stegmeir, all voting aye motion carried.
Public Comment – None
Old Business –
PPSSD – Nothing New at this time.
Community Sewer Project – Supervisor J Stegmeir brought the ballot that he created to have the board review it. All agreed that is covered all pertinent information. The notice of election was mailed out last week and on April 12 I will be mailing out the ballots.
Roads – There was nothing new at this time.
Community Center – Salt was needed in the water softener at the Town Hall and we will ask Phil to look at the door at the Town Hall.
New Business –
The board reviewed the proposed levy for 2021 that will be presented to the township at the annual meeting.
Chairman L Kec made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Supervisor J Stegmeir seconded, all voting aye motion carried. Meeting was adjourned at 7:59 p.m.
