Chairman L Kec opened the meeting at 7:05 p.m. Board members present were Supervisors M Tomczak, J Stegmeir, Treasurer D. Callais and Clerk M Manninen. All attending recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
Agenda – The agenda was reviewed, Supervisor M Tomczak moved to approve the agenda, seconded by Supervisor J Stegmeir, all voting aye the motion carried.
Minutes – The minutes for the November regular meeting were reviewed. Supervisor J Stegmeir moved to approve the minutes, second by Supervisor M Tomczak all voting aye motion carried.
Treasurer Deana Callais read her report.

The Treasurer’s report was reviewed, the report was approved on a motion by Supervisor J Stegmeir, seconded by Supervisor M Tomczak, all voting aye motion carried.

PPSSD Claims
Total – $4,028.00
Supervisor J Stegmeir moved to accept the claims and pay them in full, seconded by M Tomczak, all voting aye motion carried.

Old Business –
PPSSD – Supervisor J Stegmeir explained that the electricity has gone up at the treatment site because an additional line was installed due to more usage. The township has received levy money and Super Stegmeir will contact the county regarding the splits that need to be done for the PPSSD accounts. Supervisor Stegmeir and Clerk Manninen will work on the revising our rates Ordinance, it will be ready for the January 5th board meeting.
Community Sewer Project – Nothing New
Roads – Nothing New.
Community Center – Nothing New.
Lodging Tax – Checks were received from Loni for June, July, August, and September.
New Business –
Clerk M Manninen read the Resolution 2020-04 Designating Annual Polling Place to be approved. Supervisor M Tomczak moved to approve Resolution 2020-04 Designating Annual Polling Place, seconded by Supervisor J Stegmeir, all voting aye, motion carried.
Supervisor J Stegmeir made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Supervisor M Tomczak seconded, all voting aye motion carried. Meeting was adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
