Chairman L Kec opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. Board members present were Supervisors M Tomczak, J Stegmeir, Treasurer D. Callais and Clerk M Manninen along with one guest, Bob DeGross Voyageurs National Park Superintendent. All attending recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
Agenda – The agenda was reviewed, Supervisor M Tomczak moved to approve the agenda with the recommendation that Bob DeGross speak immediately after the agenda, seconded by Supervisor J Stegmeir, all voting aye the motion carried.
Speaker Bob DeGross Voyageurs National Park Superintendent gave an update on the park visitation. Reservations are up 35% in May and 56% in June and reservations made as of the end of June are up 49%
Minutes – The minutes for the June regular meeting were reviewed. Supervisor J Stegmeir moved to approve the minutes, second by Supervisor M Tomczak, all voting aye motion carried.

The Treasurer’s report was reviewed, the report was approved on a motion by Supervisor M Tomczak, seconded by Chairman L Kec, all voting aye motion carried.

PPSSD Claims
Total – $4,352.97
Supervisor M Tomczak moved to accept the claims and pay them in full, seconded by Supervisor J Stegmeir, all voting aye motion carried.
Public Comment – None
Old Business –
PPSSD – The controllers at Birch Grove and Seaveys broke and had to be replaced. It was decided to order 6 extras to have on hand.
Community Sewer Project – Nothing new at this time.
Roads – Greg House mowed the Arrowhead trail. State Point and Melheims roads will not get chemical on them this year.
Community Center – Nothing new at this time.
Other – The conference call set up was tested and appears to work just fine.
New Business – None
Supervisor J Stegmeir made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Chairman L Kec seconded, all voting aye motion carried. Meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
