Old Business:
PPSSD - Collin reported that the contractor is on site and has done work at Park Point and VPL. They still need to do work at Moosehorn, Burchell’s and Putikka’s. Clean up will still need to be done at the end of the project. USA has not signed the change order that was sent to them. Collin is working on this with our attorney. Collin intends to be at our April meeting.
Roads & Trails – Nothing new.
Community Building – Nothing new.
New Business – Marlene Tomczak reported that the Community Club is looking into the possibility of purchasing a digital sign to replace the board across from the Town Hall. More news on that at a later date. Ellen Hart asked to use the Town hall for First Responder Training from March 29th through April 20th.
Other – Supervisor Tomczak was informed that with the passing of Lee Konen there is no longer anyone in contact with the County to take care of the road clean up here at Kabetogama. The Board thinks a community clean-up day or week would be the way to take care of this. More on this at a later date.
Annual election and meeting to take place on March 14, 2017. Elections are from 4:00 to 8:00 here at the Town Hall and the annual meeting will follow the election beginning at 8:15pm.
Supervisor Kiner moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:30 pm. Seconded by Supervisor Tomczak, all voting aye
Motion carried.
Respectfully submitted,
Mary Manninen, Clerk
