Chairman L Kec opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. Board members present were Supervisors M Tomczak, J Stegmeir along with Treasurer D. Callais and Clerk M Manninen. All attending recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
Agenda – The agenda was reviewed, Supervisor M Tomczak moved to approve the agenda as is, seconded by Chairman L Kec, all voting aye the motion carried.
Minutes – The minutes for the April regular meeting were reviewed. Supervisor J Stegmeir moved to approve the minutes, second by Chairman L Kec, all voting aye motion carried.
Treasurer Deana Callais read Treasurer’s report.

The Treasurer’s report was approved on a motion by Supervisor J Stegmeir, seconded by Chairman L Kec, all voting aye motion carried.
Claims – Clerk M Manninen read the list of claims.
Township Claims

PPSSD Claims
Total – $4,515.29
Supervisor J Stegmeir moved to accept the claims and pay them in full, seconded by Supervisor M Tomczak, all voting aye motion carried.
Public Comment – None
Old Business –
PPSSD – Annual inspection of grinders has started and will be spread out thru May and June. VPL floats are waterlogged and new ones will be ordered. Birch Grove curb stop came up with the frost, John will take care of this as the frost goes out. We need a new person to mow at the Treatment facility. Matthew Tomczak will become a part time employee for this project. Wages will be determined at our next meeting.
Community Sewer Project – Special election for the State Point areas C ballots must be received by the Township by May 12, 2020.
Roads – There was nothing new at this time.
Community Center – Nothing new at this time.
New Business –
COVID-19 – The Township Board has approved the COVID-19 Preparedness Plan on a motion by Supervisor J Stegmeir seconded by Chairman L Kec, all voting aye, motion carried.
Setting up a conference call number for the Township has been again tabled to the next meeting to gain more information.
Supervisor J Stegmeir made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Chairman L Kec seconded, all voting aye motion carried. Meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
