Vice-Chairman T. Tomczak opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. Board members present were Supervisor, L. Warrington, Clerk M. Manninen, Treasurer D. Callais, Deputy Treasurer M. Tomczak and one guest. Chairman L. Kec was absent. All attending recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
Agenda – The agenda for the April 2nd meeting was reviewed, Supervisor L. Warrington moved to approve the agenda, seconded by Vice-chairman T. Tomczak, all voting aye the motion carried.
Minutes – The minutes for the March 4, 2024, regular meeting were reviewed, Supervisor L. Warrington moved to approve the minutes as read, second by Vice-chairman T. Tomczak, all voting aye motion carried. The minutes from the March 12, 2024 Annual meeting were reviewed, Vice-chairman T. Tomczak moved to approve the minutes as read, second by Supervisor L. Warrington, all voting aye, motion carried.

The Treasurer’s report was reviewed; the report was approved on a motion by Supervisor L. Warrington, seconded by Vice-chairman T. Tomczak, all voting aye motion carried.

Supervisor L. Warrington moved to accept the claims and pay them in full, seconded by Vice-chairman T. Tomczak, all voting aye motion carried.
Public Comment – None
Old Business –
PPSSD – Supervisor L. Warrington reported that the alarms have been going off quite frequently and Lucas from Septic Check needs to look into this.
Community Sewer Project – Petitions will be sent out shortly and must be back by June 3rd. We will hold a public hearing on June 27th. This will be posted in the paper twice before the hearing.
Roads – More gravel needs to be put on Pucks Point Road
Community Center – Clerk M. Manninen had the digital sign fixed by Mesabi Sign Co..

Supervisor L. Warrington made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Vice-chairman T. Tomczak, all voting aye motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
