Chairman Tomczak opened the meeting at 7:00 pm. Board members present were Supervisor Stegmeir, Clerk Manninen and Treasurer Callais All attending recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
Agenda – The agenda was reviewed, Chairman Tomczak moved to approve the agenda. Seconded by Supervisor Stegmeir, all voting aye the motion carried,
Minutes – The minutes for the August regular meeting were reviewed. Motion by Supervisor Stegmeir to approve the minutes, seconded by Chairman Tomczak, all voting aye motion carried.
The Treasurer’s report was read by Treasurer Callais.

Chairman Tomczak moved to accept the claims and pay them in full, seconded by Supervisor Stegmeir, all voting aye motion carried.

Old Business –
PPSSD - Supervisor Stegmeir moved to approve Resolution 2018-01, Pucks Point Sanitary Sewer District Management Plan, seconded by Chairman Tomczak, all voting aye motion carried. The township board will cover preliminary costs out of the general fund for the Kabetogama Clean Water Initiative Steering Committee subject to assessment to property owners at some point. Eight grinder stations were looked at.
Roads & Trails – nothing new at this time.
Community Building/Town Hall – Chairman Tomczak contacted Kolstad/Olson to come and look at the issue with sand in the water softener. Viitas pumped the septic tanks out.
Other – None
NEW BUSINESS – The November township meeting will be changed to Wednesday, November 7th due to elections being on the 6th which is our regular meeting day.
Chairman Tomczak gave an overview of the progress of the Fire Departments helipad.
